DHL Domestic Express (Express Courier)

DHL Domestic Express orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-2 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 4 business days.

DHL requires a signature on delivery, so if you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address.

If you are not home to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card to arrange a more appropriate time for the delivery. In most cases the driver will attempt to deliver the parcel on 3 separate occasions, but if no delivery can be made after this time the order is normally returned. a'qto takes no responsibility for this process and any returned orders will incur a $9.99 service fee to be shipped again.

DHL Domestic Express cannot be delivered to all addresses in Australia. In some cases your order will be on-forwarded to a local agent for delivery, or your order will be shipped with eParcel.

a'qto reserves the right to change the shipping method of an order if these guidelines are not met. 

Some eParcel orders are subject to weight & volume. These items may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of these changes prior to shipping.
