Where can I find sizing information?

You can find a size charts link on each product page that contains a product with sizing. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Because sizing and cut will vary between products, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size please contact us by email at customerservice@aqtocycling.com

How should I care for my products?

Our products are made from super-soft, long lasting fabrics.  To ensure you fully enjoy the product’s quality, please read the item's individual label and follow the care instructions.

 

Gift Vouchers FAQ

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher online?

Yes, Gift Vouchers can be purchased online. Click here to purchase your $50, $100 or $150 Gift Voucher online. If you would prefer to purchase a Gift Voucher for a different amount, please email us at customerservice@aqtocycling.com

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?

Select the products that you would like and email us at customerservice@aqtocycling.com with those details as well as the unique code on your voucher. 

 

Custom Design FAQ

Are there minimum numbers for a custom order?

Yes.  To make a custom order as price-effective as possible, it is recommended that you have a minimum order of 50 items.  Of course, this depends on the type of product and the price you’re prepared to pay per item so please contact us anytime viacustomerservice@aqtocycling.com or call on 0410 651 573 and we’ll start the conversation from there.  

What are the average turnaround times from placing a custom order to receiving the product?

On average, most customer orders take 6-8 weeks to complete.  Whether its jerseys and bibs, t-shirts, polo’s or other casual wear items, we are committed to meeting your timelines from the time you brief us, through to design, production and delivery.

What are the rewards?

The a’qto Loyalty Program rewards customers with free a’qto product.   

Who is the program open to?

It is open to all customers for all online purchases: t-shirts, caps, socks, gloves, helmets, gift vouchers, custom orders, sale items, artwork - everything! 

How do I join?


It's easy! You’ll be automatically signed-up when you purchase.  We'll record today’s and all future purchases, and you’ll be building Reward points straight away.

What do I get?


Effectively, a full 10% rebate on every dollar spent online at a’qto, everyday, on all stock including sale items. 

What else can I get?

As well as being credited with points to redeem at anytime, customers who spend over $1,000 in a 12 month period will be eligible for additional bonuses.

How do you record my purchases?


Each time you shop with us, we automatically add your purchase value to your unique Account on our database.

How do I redeem points?


To redeem your points, go to ‘Redeem Points’ in the My Account Menu at the bottom of the website home page and follow the prompts.  Nominate how many points you wish to redeem and a code will be issued for you to use at the checkout.  If you have 200 points and wish to redeem them all, a code to the value of $20 will be issued to you.  We trust you’ll enjoy the ease and rewards of the program.

Do points expire?


Points don't expire and you can take as much time as you like to build up and redeem your points.
