Challenge your body, relax your mind and completely satisfy your tastebuds during this superb 4 day guided tour ‘off the beaten track’ to the pure, natural and spectacular wonderland that is the Daylesford & Hepburn Springs region.
We’ll escape into tall mountain ash forest, take on challenging climbs and enjoy the spectacular volcanic rolling hills as we adventure through the quiet, back country roads of Daylesford and surrounds, while enjoying amazing Italian style, regional food all weekend.
We’ll cook together, enjoy being treated by our own in-house chef and relax into a long lunch in true Italian style at one of the region’s most revered winery – where local chefs and winemakers will host us to a superb culinary experience.
Situated on Lake Daylesford, our superb villa style accommodation provides the perfect comfort and tranquil setting for us to relax, share conversation and be inspired by nature post ride.

Welcome to our Daylesford Bike Tour
You’ll enjoy daily rides taking in the rolling hills of Hepburn and undulating countryside of surrounding towns. We’ll head in all directions as we follow and find some of the best roads in the region.
Welcome to DaylesfordFollowing a light panino, our afternoon introductory ride will take us along some gravel back roads, where we’ll visit a local producer or two.
Highlight: A visit to the local Cidery
Distance: 40km
Elevation: 550m
Go WestToday’s ride has it all, open rolling hills, tiny little straight and flat back roads, smooth winding gravel roads through the gums, coffee in a quaint local town and a little pinch to finish. Perfetto.
Highlight: The smooth gravel roads through the rolling hills.

Elevation: 1150m
Off To The DamToday you roll out and follow the continually open and green rolling hills north as we loop around a local lake.
Highlight: The quiet roads surrounding the picturesque dam.
Distance: 70km
Elevation: 900m
Heading to the Horizon Today on our final warm down ride, we’ll roll along some of the most beautiful tiny roads with long vistas to the horizon.
Highlight: Green rolling hills to the left and rosellas flying in and out of trees to the right.

Daylesford is Italian inspired with a history and local culture that has given rise to a wonderful food scene with organic local produce in abundance, and an array of creative producers. From aperitivo with accompanying home made antipasto specialties to cooking pasta together from scratch, and a night celebrating the flavours of a Tuscan porchetta on charcoal, the senses will be alive with the tastes and smells of Italy. We will take you on a food safari that takes in all the very best Daylesford has to offer from simple organic produce finding its way into dishes prepared by our in-house chef to an exquisite long lunch at a local family run winery, whose philosophy and approach to food and wine we love. This will be a food and wine experience to treasure.
