Carbon Road Bikes
If your preference is for a high performance carbon road bike, we will source you a Pinarello Gan or equivalent, that is swift, speedy bike with sharp handling, providing a firm, but never uncomfortable ride.
“Fantastic on the descents” and “Can I buy mine and take it home?”; this is some of the feedback we hear after a few rides on our Pinarello hire bikes.
Vintage Steel Bikes
For the best quality, pre-87 vintage steel bikes, we partner with Roberto, a Tuscan local with a large supply of cycling history, and if the rumour is true, once the team mechanic for Cadel….
These bikes are not your old “clunkers”……think Raleigh Team Issue, Guerciotti and Cinelli with full campy. You won’t be disappointed.
Insurance
When hiring a bike through A’QTO on our Italian Cycling Tours, each hire includes insurance coverage for damage when in use and for theft. This is an extra feature that allows you to relax on tour, knowing that you are covered should something not go as planned.
After all, the risk of riding any bike while abroad lies with you, so why not give yourself the best possible coverage you can as no travel insurance policy will cover you for bike hire.
