We have wrapped up our summer season of local Australian tours across Victoria just in the nick of time, and what a great season it was.

With six tours across the regions of Daylesford and Bright, it has been splendid to be able to share a slice of Italy at home with many great people, both on and off the bike.

Homemade is a big part of what we do; from cured meats, to olives, peppers and zucchini sott’olio, to name just a few.

Late Autumn colour across the Lavandula Farm near Daylesford provided the perfect setting for exploring nature.
